Production Process and Quality Control

01. Raw materials

Cordierite;Pottery Clay;Ordinary Clay

02. Making ceramic shell

All ceramic shells are made by automatic machine.

03. The 1st inspection

The surface of the machine-made clay bodes are rough, so after the first production process, each clay body need to be inspected and repaired by workers, in order to make sure clay bodies are strong and smooth.

04. Glazing

The factory colorists adjust the color materials before glazing,and then glaze clay body by automatic robot arm.

05. Glazed firing system

After glazing, clay bodies must be fired in kiln again at the temperature up to 1100℃-1200℃, which lasts for 18 hours.

06. The 2th inspection

When ceramic bodies are all glazed and fired, QC must do the 4th inspection to make sure the colors on ceramic parts are well-proportioned.

07. Assembly

During this process,workers make sure the quantity of the strews is correct,double check the spring tension is strong and durable, also use a certain tool to stick the gasket in proper position.

08. The 3th inspection

Before the final step of packing, QC inspects every package to make sure all the components are accurate as ordered.

09. Packing

Lastly, products are packaged according to the corresponding customer's order requirements.
