A Sample is packed by plywood case, container order is packed by carton.
Q What is your sample policy?
A We are willing to supply sample for test, customers need to pay sample charge and shipping cost. But when you place full container order, sample charge will be refunded.
Q Do you require MOQ for grill order?
A No MOQ required, 1pc for sample checking is acceptable.
Q Is it possible to print my logo on product?
A Yes. OEM is available. Please inform us formally when you place order and confirm the design before our production.
Q What is delivery lead time?
A Normally samples take 3-5 days, bulk orders take about 30 days. For more details, please contact us.
Q What is the payment term?
A For sample order, it is T/T 100% in advance. For bulk order, we require to T/T 40% deposit, and pay the balance before delivery.
