TOPQ Plate Setter (Heat deflector)

The heat deflector is designed to promote indirect cooking on the bbq oven by providing a heat-directing barrier between the food and the fire. The design of the bbq oven, which connected with it's thermal properties, allows heat to efficiently radiate within the dome while preventing the flames and heat from over-cooking the food.
